Yoga classes & Retreats

Yoga is more than movement — it is a space to return to yourself. Through weekly classes and immersive retreats, I offer opportunities to explore yoga as a spiritual discipline and a tool for self-transformation.

Each session is rooted in breath, alignment, and inner awareness. Whether you're joining a dynamic flow or stepping into stillness, my aim is to create a safe, grounding environment where you can reconnect with body, mind, and soul.

Everyone is welcome — whether you are new to yoga or deepening your journey.
